Bright Citrus Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 cups water
  • 2 whole oranges (about 1.5 cups when cut), peel, pith, and seeds removed
  • 1 whole lime peel, pith, and seeds removed
  • ½-1 tablespoon ginger cut into small dice or grated
  • 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients into a blender in the order indicated, and blend until completely smooth, creamy, and frothy. Serve cold over ice, and enjoy!
